Marketing Specialist

Job Description

1. Conduct preliminary marketing research for new projects
2. Define measures of success and track results accordingly, altering approach as needed
3. Present to senior leaders on findings, including oral and written information
4. Monitor, analyze, and report weekly results while monitoring the overall performance of the portfolio
5. Actively contribute strategically to the overall marketing planning cycle
6. Make recommendations on new processes, and initiatives that benefits the team’s performance and projects

Qualification

1. Highly organized and detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
2. Proven ability to think strategically and solve problems creatively
3. Ability to manage multiple deadlines within a fast paced environment
4. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
5. Willingness to learn and take on new challenges
6. MS Office skills including MS Excel and MS PowerPoint
7. Strong ability to interpret data/findings and recommend insight and action to marketing
8. University Degree/College Diploma in marketing or business administration
9. 1-3 years experience with marketing
