Sales Manager

Job Description

1. Implement the sales management regulation and policy defined by the corporate group management
2. Deeply familiar with the commercial structure, marketing activities and development trend of the target company, able to setup and implement the sales plan to achieve the sales target
3. Know-how to setup effective business network, develop and maintain a long term relationship with the clients
4. Subdivision the market to develop new clients to enlarge the data base of Job Bank
5. Negotiate, sign the sales agreement and make sure the implement of the agreement in a high quality level
6. Keep a daily communication with the partner and sustain a good after-sales service
7. Collection of the sales and marketing information, arise the continuous improvement suggestion to management
8. Sales report and data management
9. Responsible for the sales cost and budget control

Qualification

• Bachelor’s Degree in HR management, Marketing, Communications or related field
• 1+ years’ experience in recruitment company or related position
• 1+ years’ B2B sales experience
• 1+ years in leadership sales position
• Track record of superior performance metrics
• Excellent negotiation skills
• Language: MUST be fully fluent in English
• Driver License: Must have a valid class 5 BC Driver’s License
